A calm place to learn, easy to reach by S-Bahn.
Weekly groups in Steglitz, Tempelhof and Neukölln. A maximum of ten to twelve people per group, so the practice stays clear and easy to follow, at a pace where nobody has to rush to keep up. No prior experience needed.
Every session follows a clear structure: warm-up, main practice, closing. Easy to follow from your very first class.
The start takes the pace down. Standing, breathing, bringing your attention into the body.
Flowing, round sequences with clear pointers on posture and alignment. You practice along, at your own pace.
Every exercise comes with its why. That gives you more confidence than simply copying.
Each class ends with a short form for home. A few minutes a day is enough to start.
Schedule
No fixed course start: you join the ongoing groups whenever you like, when a spot is free. ZPP blocks start on fixed dates.

At the VHS Berlin, the city's public adult education center, I teach courses on stress management, relaxation and spine-focused Qigong. Booking is done directly in the VHS portal, price and registration are handled by the VHS. If you have questions about signing up, I'm happy to help.
With a corporate fitness membership you book through the respective app. Spots are limited, so book early.
A regular practice grows out of continuity, not perfection.
The ongoing groups are for everyone who wants to practice long term.
Common questions
Comfortable clothes you can move in, and flat shoes or non-slip socks. That's all you need, we practice mostly standing.
In the ongoing groups, yes, when a spot is free. The exercises are taught so you can follow even as a newcomer. ZPP blocks start together.
A maximum of ten to twelve people. Everyone gets enough attention and clear corrections.
