Right of withdrawal
For consumers in distance contracts. This English version is provided for convenience. The German Widerrufsbelehrung is the legally authoritative version.
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (provider as stated in the Impressum, info@mitruhezurkraft.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
Special note for digital content (video course): The right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal expires as a result (§ 356 (5) BGB). We obtain this consent during checkout.
Model withdrawal form: If you wish to withdraw from the contract, fill in this form and send it back to the provider as stated in the Impressum, info@mitruhezurkraft.de. I/we hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me/us for the purchase of the following service: … Ordered on: … Name and address of the consumer(s): … Signature (only for notice on paper), date.
