Privacy policy

2. The essentials first. This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics services. Personal data is processed only when you contact us yourself or purchase a course.
3. Hosting (Cloudflare). This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, with an EU establishment). When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (in particular the IP address) to deliver and protect the website. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, of which Cloudflare is a member, as well as standard contractual clauses.
4. Contact and trial class form. If you use the form, the data you enter (name, email address, your message) is used exclusively to handle your request. The data is not stored on the server. It is transmitted directly by email and deleted once your request has been dealt with. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
5. Email delivery (Brevo). We use Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Cologne, Germany) to send confirmation and transactional emails. In doing so, Brevo processes your email address and the content of the respective message within the EU. A data processing agreement is in place with Brevo. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
6. Payment processing (Stripe). When you purchase a course, payment is processed via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). Stripe processes your payment data under its own responsibility. On Stripe's payment page, Stripe may set cookies. We do not receive full payment data from Stripe, only the confirmation of payment together with your name and email address for the invoice and course access. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. 7. Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Berlin this is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
