1. Scope: contracts for courses and online courses between the provider (see Impressum) and consumers.
2. Conclusion of contract: for classes, the contract is concluded by request and personal confirmation. For online purchases, the contract is concluded by clicking the order button with an obligation to pay (§ 312j BGB).
3. Prices and payment: prices as listed on the prices page. Payment is processed via Stripe. [VAT note to follow]

6. Health notice: participation is at your own responsibility. Prevention courses are no substitute for medical advice or treatment. Consult a doctor in case of health complaints.
7. Right of withdrawal: the withdrawal notice at /en/withdrawal/ applies.
8. Digital content (video course): access period: [to follow]. The right of withdrawal expires upon express waiver in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB.
9. Liability: the statutory standard applies.
10. Final provisions: German law applies. The German version prevails.
