Trial class: get to know the teaching.

A trial class is a regular class session: you join in, take part as far as it goes, and see whether it suits you. No commitment, no prior knowledge, no stress. Asking doesn't commit you to anything.

Getting oriented

Your first 30 days of practice.

Starting doesn't have to be big or perfect. The first weeks are for building trust, finding a rhythm and getting to know the basics at a calm pace.

  1. Getting to know it

You try your first class and get a feel for the pace, the style and the group.

  2. Basics

Posture, breathing and simple movement principles are introduced in a way that makes sense.

  3. Repetition

You start recognizing the first sequences and settle into a calmer, more confident rhythm.

  4. A routine of your own

You take home a short practice form that realistically fits your daily life.

Regular beats perfect. A reliable small practice is worth more in the long run than an ambitious plan that collapses after a few days. The courses help you build a routine that fits your life.

  2. Confirm the date

I get back to you personally with the date, place and everything you need to prepare. Usually within one to two days. That's all you need.

  3. Just come by
