The same practice as in Berlin, from anywhere and without the commute. Live on Zoom with a fixed group, or as a video course you practice whenever it suits you.

You join live by video call, together with a small group of at most ten to twelve people. No passive watching, but active practice with guidance and room for questions: I can see you and correct you, and you can ask at any time.

The eight sessions of 75 minutes build on each other and are not interchangeable. Every session: mobilization, movement sequence, breath work, carrying it into daily life. A fixed weekday, a clear structure. The course is ZPP-certified, which means German statutory health insurers recognize it as a prevention course, with a certificate of attendance for your Krankenkasse.

  1. Sessions 1 and 2: arriving and foundations

    Introduction to Qigong and the Calligraphy Health System. Body awareness, the foundation of the breath, first flowing movement sequences.

  2. Sessions 3 and 4: deepening and flow

    Understanding how movement and breath connect. Developing movement quality, cultivating inner calm, training focus and coordination.

  3. Sessions 5 and 6: stress regulation

    Using movement and breath to practice a calm way of dealing with tension. Techniques that carry directly into everyday life.

  4. Sessions 7 and 8: integration and closing

    Consolidating your own practice, short sequences for home. The course closes with the certificate of attendance for your insurer.

The video course.

Five modules, entirely on video: you start when you want and repeat as often as you like. No fixed date, no commute, no rush. The modules build on each other.

  1. Module 1: foundations and posture

    Introduction to the Calligraphy Health System: core principles, upright posture, a first orientation in your own body.

  2. Module 2: first movement sequences

    Flowing basic movements, coordination, first sequences you can repeat and deepen.

  3. Module 3: breath work

    The breath as a central element of the practice: natural breathing, connecting movement and breathing rhythm, relaxing through the breath.

  4. Module 4: deepening and stress regulation

    More complex sequences, more inner calm and a more conscious way of dealing with tension in daily life.

  5. Module 5: integration into daily life

    Short sequences for everyday use: how to anchor Qigong in five to ten minutes a day, without much effort.

Every module comes with video guidance, step-by-step explanations and repeatable practice sequences.

The video course will soon be bookable directly online, with an automatic invoice by email. Until then, you can get access on request. You start when you want, pause when you must, and repeat what you need. The course waits for you, not the other way round.

How it works technically.

  1. You need a quiet spot of about two by two meters, comfortable clothes and a device with internet.

  2. For the live courses you get the Zoom link by email before each session. Camera on helps me correct you, but that's your decision.
